Let me introduce myself. I'm Hayley. I have a deep passion for helping people understand their needs before, during, and after an emergency happens. In fact, so passionate about it, that I left the culinary world after almost 20 years as a Pastry Chef to go back to school for Emergency Management, Public Safety and Homeland Security. I am proud of my accomplishments, the knowledge I have gained, and my plans to help everyone else!
A little more personal!
I am vastly approaching the big 4 0 (I do not mind, its only a number and I don't feel it)! In fact, I am looking for to the next decade and what is in store. I have an amazing family. My three kids definitely keep us on our toes, but it keeps us active! Being born and raised in Alaska, was the best opportunity for an "unplugged" and "no proof"childhood one could ask for. We were a very active, outdoor enthusiasts. My parents (especially mom) were huge on being prepared. My mom actually taught First Aid and CPR as well. It was a big influence on me diving into this new adventure.
